FAQs 2019 Season Ticket Membership
A: For 2019, Whitecaps FC Season Ticket Memberships include all 17 MLS regular season home matches and all home Canadian Championship games.
A: All current Season Ticket Memberships will be automatically renewed for the following season, so you get to keep your seats for the guaranteed best price, without the hassle.
The auto-renewal model also gives you the flexibility to cancel at any time. This enables you to pay over the course of 12 months if you so choose.
A: Cancelling your tickets terminates your membership during the current season and discontinues your payments.
If you choose to opt out, your membership will terminate at the end of the season. You can choose to opt out by September 14, 2019.
A: To cancel, complete and submit the online cancellation request form a minimum of 30 days prior to your desired date of cancellation.
Most Whitecaps FC MLS games are played on either Saturday or Sunday, with a few matches played on Wednesday and Friday.
A: An hour and a half before game time, ‘Caps Kickoff takes centre stage on Terry Fox Plaza outside Gate H. Hunt down the autographs of your favourite players, enjoy a drink or a bite to eat, take part in interactive, family-friendly games, and see soccer jugglers and street performers entertain on our purpose-built stage.
Early bird specials are also available in-stadium up to 30 minutes before kick off.
